The easiest strategy is obviously "spray and pray". It's like when you're moving and spraying. In some moments, you really need this.
I often peek, then shoot, and go straight behind the walls, especially after the 35% phase when you face the orange guy. He is way better than the normal white NPCs.

You can't waste much time because of the 90 seconds limit (80 seconds to unlock achievement S.).

It will take some time and effort to control the quick and fast movement. It requires muscle memory for better reflexes.
The game is not hard to complete 100%, but sometimes frustrating.
