This part is crucial in journey, once you exit the door using the [E] button; SPAM EVERYTHING until you get a prompt.

After spending time in this Holiday Inn hallway and mysteriously passing out a few times (gooning in the bathroom to KSI a.i deepfakes), you start to realize that its not a monster but maybe a ghost. You want to touch all props and then go back to the bed to unlock the easter egg.
