Restore Kislev Patriarch's Healing Range (Salyak’s Lullaby)

Beskrivning
In patch 6.2.2, CA drastically cut the Patriarch’s Salyak’s Lullaby healing radius.
This mod restores its effect from a maximum of 4 units back to unlimited (all units).
