Here's a very simplified way of how I see it.

I look at guides.
Guide called "Item Cheat Sheet"
Expectation: Entire item cheat sheet in guide
Reality: Just a link

I didn't see what I wanted to see/expected or I don't think the guide lives up to the name, so I don't like it.

In other words, if I have to copy n paste a link or watch a vid to find out about something, then I don't like it. If have to do more than click the guide (and the scrolling down), then it feels like I've been tricked into exercising.

Oh, and yes, the spreadsheet is good.
