DON'T FORGET TO MAKE BACK UPS
For the time being, turn off cloud save in the steam properties settings for raidou.

backup your own saves and install this (don't forget to delete the space in between):

Extract the file and move the files to your save location.

The location of the saves are:
(disk drive)\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Sega\Raidou TMOTSA\Steam\(Steam Id)

When you boot raidou, pick any save and just climb up the stairs to beat the final boss on the hardest difficulty.
