Rust Bucket (Roaming Boss)

First of a serious mod series that is solely based on boss battles that roam territories that seemed a little 'empty'. The Intent of these "Roaming Boss" mods is to help fill in the gaps that were left open due to difficulties in the engine and world design, I think the idea is a cool challenge I want to work on but my limited knowledge of lore and environment is gonna hinder my placement and judgement of power levels for some of these Bosses (SO BEAR WITH ME MY FELLOW BEEPS AND AGNUS).

Rust Bucket is a Warrior from an older time. He's not exactly a fan of the world around him and is much less likely to have very much to say about it besides occasional angry rambling.

Rust Bucket can be found in a place where machines went to die.

Carries Masterwork Ancient Samurai Armour and Legs - Cross Flesh Cleaver. Drops 20,000 Cats, potentially 4 Repair Kits, and a CPU unit (Pull it for instant K/O)
