As you see on the picture, making stuff from this guide is possible.

At first place the rocket on the starting place that is royal blue-colored like the almost whole station.

Attach the big blue-red button to the top of the room.
"How to do it?" - You ask?
It's pretty simple.
Use the Q web option on the button, move to the top of the room and start clicking until the button glitch. (WARNING! That will summon dark powers of Chaos and could destroy everything on it's path)

Press the small red button. And have fun with flying rocket.
If you get sick of spirit of Chaos inside your big blue-red button,
You can always remove the web with R
