Adds open fractures to the game

You can configure the chance of open fractures ingame.
Works with any living creature(i think)

Updates:
V1.01: Fixed contraptions bug
V1.11: Blood explosions are now colored human's blood color

it looks cool but do you need to set the fractures every single time u spawn one?

It seems when I set it to 100% chance it only works once for a limb then never again once healed, is there a way to fix this?
