First choices of actions are considered the most confusing for new players, but I explained it the most easiest way possible. Follow them all accurately:

- Make sure your Oneshot client isn't running

- Make sure you haven't had any visits at a mental hospital

- Make sure you aren't gooning right now already

- Check if you completed the Bad ending where Niko goes home, that ending completely disables all Freaky Ending flags important for finishing the run

The first chapter is mainly setting up basic tools and avoiding misconceptions about the ending, also no you cannot get Niko to do the Griddy.

Assuming you did those steps correctly, the real deal begins now.

You will find Niko smoking ♥♥♥♥ so you got to put their blunt away. After you done that, Niko is going to be after a withdrawal of whatever they ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smoked so you got to calm them down and give them some coffee. Niko seems to be lost in their mind and a new, unforgiving puzzle starts.

You have to rearrange their neurons to connect to eachother correctly. As of now, Niko is experiencing a coma while the player doesn't know, so you got to just mess with it until another dialogue appears.

If you didn't arrange their neurons correctly, you get beaten up by Niko's fans and friends. not cool.

Also, don't forget to not go to the mental hospital YET. There will be steps later on, so don't let it make you too curious.

Niko wakes up from their sober dream, while having 3 root beers on their desk, meaning you did all steps correctly. They are now much older than before, and are addicted to alcohol. You will be forced to solve their alcohol addiction before you can progress into any ending, otherwise you are locked into the Bad End and block all flags that are important. To make late game alcohol distancing easier, follow these steps:

- Talk with Niko how to gamble and that it's better than drinking

- Niko tries gambling and gets a Factory New Karambit Case Hardened 100% Blue Gem pattern. This will make late game super easier once you gamble enough.

- Before Niko leaves, interrupt them to first take a bath because they forgot how to do that ever since the Player wasn't near them babysitting them.

- Then, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE A SIP OF BEER!!!!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MAIN LOCKS FOR ANY FLAGS TO ENDINGS. GIVE THEM PRIME INSTEAD.

Niko is instantly interrupted by a homeless kid. Niko will try to help them but don't let it happen. Tell Niko to give him a job application instead, in which the homeless kid screams in fear. There will be another puzzle to complete, which is how you do it:

-Rotate the Pancake 80 degrees to right
-Rotate the Cat face 180 degrees any side
- Rotate the sheep to 360 degrees and you will hear a sheep sound when you completed it.

Next part is the biggest difficulty spike in the entire history of gaming, so brace yourselves. It's worth the grind though.

Niko will try to kill themselves due to mental issues from lack of beer, then you will enter a 12-star osu! round between top 3 players from Japan. Once you win, consider following:

- Give Niko a hug and carry them to a mental hospital

- Rethink your actions of actually thinking this

- Support Niko in the hospital

- Go to a therapist IRL or the game will be locked forever, not even being able to redo any run until you actually go to one

The rest is pretty straight forward on the walkthrough, not even worth noting here. You and Niko actually realize being freaky is worse than death in 2025 and become greater friends.
