If you want to complete the game as fast as possible, one of the best ways is to do:

You will eventually find room 564 with bar neon sign. Go inside and talk with a man that is sitting alone, just listen to his whole dialog.

In this bar you can also find TROPHY 5+6+7

You will come across vending machine with cans. Interact with the vending machine and then take dropped can.
Then head to the laundry room and talk with guy that's sitting in the corner.

On the start of the game, you can find notebook in your room.
Turn it on, type something and then stare at the monitor.

You will come across room 523 with man standing in doors, talk with him and when possible click on:
"can you spare me one?" then just finish the dialog.

Once you leave your apartment, you will see trash bags in front of you, just pick them up and throw them off the balcony.

You will find stairs, just get up the stairs to the rooftop, you can find TROPHY 3 here.
After few second in the rooftop you will automaticly get the event.

Just walk down the stairs until it pops, you will stay on floor 14.

TROPHY 1 - In the laundry in the left corner













TROPHY 2 - Next to sofa, in front of stairs and elevators.













TROPHY 3 - On the rooftop, on the right side you will see second exit, next to that is sheet of tin, you will it under it.













TROPHY 4 - While looking at the stairs, you will go to left, on the left side wall there will be a aisle with the trophy.














TROPHY 5+6+7 - They are all in the bar. One is next to toilets, One is under bar and last one is on the shelf.

Now you just need to go back to you room, and go sleep.
