- You have to have been preregistered before 26th of June
- You have to have Persona 5 Royal in your steam library with at least 2 hours of playtime
- You have to have completed the main story as of ver 1.0 global release

GO to the ffical website on thw first tab

go to characters

go to phantom theives of hearts tab and click on joker

click him again exactly 5 times

Akechi will appear
click on him

Okay the website won't tell you but in your ingame mailbox it should say blue akechi is in there he looks like this

Since you have completed the required tasks you will receive these items in the mailbox:
