  Open the website and search for Just cause 4 and click to download it (free).

• After download the zip file(JustCause4Tools_v101), extract it. You will find the following files inside the extracted folder.
  

• Launch Just Cause 4.

• Alt+Tab then game then run the "IGCSClient".

• Click on Browse and select Just Cause 4.exe and click on "Inject DLL".
  
  

• Now move back into the game.

• For Hotsampling you need to run in the game in Windowed mode by going into the video settings.
  
  

• You can run in the game in fullscreen window by navigating to the IGCS camera and going to "Hotsampling" tab and clicking on "Fake fullscreen"
  
  

• Now to hotsample, you need to minimize the game and go into the "hotsample" section of the IGCS tool, select your preferred aspect ratio and resolution, then click on "Set" and go back into the game. To go in your original resolution again click on "Fake fullscreen".
  
  

• You can see the default hotkeys here to turn on free-cam, freeze the game, hide hud etc. You can also change them according to your liking.
