Condenses research projects and updates DLC research awards as needed.

Ghost Bear Flash Storm must be new save for this mod to apply properly, due to the use of a DLC start rewards file.

Smoke Jaguar save compatibility untested due to differences between public and Beta builds.

NOTE: Mod options menu currently WIP and non-functional.

Research is condensed as follows:
-Category wide Level I-III upgrades for weapon range/range + speed/duration/cooldown/spread.
-Category wide Level I-II upgrades for weapon damage.
-Level III damage upgrade is specific to each type.

Research costs have been averaged based on the number of weapon types affected by each research type.

Condensed research stat bonuses have been revised to 10-20% range to allow co-op players to more easily hit stock bonuses at lower research cost.
