Operation Blackout

描述
Disclaimer:
This is only my 3rd mission ever and the most complex mission I've made so far, so it's possible you may encounter some mistakes or bugs, if so feel free to comment and I might try to fix it if I can be arsed.
Also, this mission was specifically made/tailored for our small community and with dedicated server hosting in mind so I'm not sure if it'll work for self-hosted/client hosted servers but feel free to try.

Mission Premise & General Info:
A PVP Stealth mission heavily inspired by Operator Drewski's video:

A team of 4 US Spec Ops soldiers infiltrate enemy territory to complete their objectives while a platoon of 12 Russian Riflemen guard their territory and assets.

BLUFOR / US has access to NVGs, suppressors, scopes, explosives and IR lasers.
The 4th BLUFOR player is a dedicated UAV operator for guiding and protecting their team by making callouts about nearby enemies.
OPFOR / RU has access to flashlights, flares, tripwires and basic sights.

There are mission/objectives descriptions, rules, tips and keybinds info listed in the 'Operation Blackout' tab on the Map (Tips & Keybinds are mostly tailored to our modpack further below)

Regarding mods, I'd heavily recommend using our modpack[pastebin.com] (Download and save the file as .html then import it into the Arma Launcher) to ensure that everything works but I've marked the dependencies that I believe are required in order for the mission to work.
And here are our addon settings[pastebin.com] for what I think makes for the best experience.

Mission Features:
Info and instructions are sent via chat throughout the game (Otherwise check the 'Operation Blackout' tab on the Map).
BLUFOR must complete all objectives to win.
OPFOR must kill BLUFOR to win.
Unique win conditions if HVT is the last objective remaining.
Both teams have arsenals at their bases to customize their loadouts, OPFOR player loadouts are saved upon closing the arsenal and used to set their loadout when respawning.
OPFOR has extra FOB respawn points that disappear as BLUFOR completes objectives.
OPFOR players are forced to be on YELLING for proximity chat.
Custom scripted powerful searchlight while piloting the OPFOR helicopter (Turns off automatically when above 100 km/h).
Custom scripted steal/download intel objectives (Intel folders and laptop interactions).
Custom scripted guard dogs (Simplistic behaviour, just alerts when BLUFOR are nearby).
'Zeus (Other)' slot for if you want someone to act as game master and control punishments for BLUFOR/OPFOR when they kill civilians or they drag the game out for too long :)
Inteded to be played with A3TI addon for better UAV thermal imaging ('B' key by default)
Inteded to be played with TFAR beta for more immersive gameplay and communication.
