Below I will walk you through how to obtain all the achievements in CSSM.

Simply play the game and enjoy, not much more to say about that.

OK, so, I know I'm joking here but getting the achievements are exceedingly easy for this game. However, on two chains of achievements I will provide some guidance since they seem to be much more grindy to obtain, and some advice on two others: the Card Hunter and Duel Master achievement chains, with some advice on the Debt Achievements and Bill Paying Achievements respectively.

The Card Hunter Achievements:

Below I will try to explain how to more easily find an NPC's rare cards in the Victory Screen where one is able to choose 3 cards for winning a battle.

Below is a screenshot of the board when playing against an NPC. The rare cards are on the left hand side of the board that one would want to grab in the Victory Card Selection Screen.


Upon winning, one will then get to this screen shown below.


In the above screenshot, one will notice the NPC's rare card is now on the right hand side that I had selected upon winning. Through extensive testing, I have been able to determine that when selecting a card in the Victory Screen, the options are flipped more often than not. Rare card is on the left when battling, and upon winning, that rare card is now on the right hand side that you will want to select. This will be true most of the time for each of the three sections you can pick a card from. Just try to memorize where the rare cards are and reverse it upon winning. Though, this may not always be true. If someone is able to figure out a more concrete pattern, I will update my guide. For now, it is true more often than not.

Furthermore, another way to up the amount of rare cards won from battling is to check out what cards an NPC has on the playmat before battling them. If they have a row of rare cards, they more likely than not have more rare cards in the next two rows one is unable to see. Battle these NPC's to increase the chance of choosing rare cards in the Card Selection Screen after winning. Higher risk, higher reward with this method.

In this section, I will outline the most effective method to getting this chain of achievements in the quickest and easiest way possible.

Fire Gym:



Above is the Fire Gym you will need to find for this achievement. Once found, find this guy below and challenge him (he will be the first guy you see when walking into the gym). Since it is a Fire Gym, use water cards to breeze through battling him and keep doing so until the achievement unlocks. However, I’d advise against use of this method until after having finished the Card Hunter achievement chain since there are no card rewards upon victory with the fire gym challengers.

In this section, I would like to provide a bit of advice on getting the Debt achievements so it is not one that wastes time later, like I did to myself, due to how slow this debt accumulates.


Shown above, one has to rack up the stated amount of debt to unlock these achievements. Thus, starting this right from the beginning is the easiest and fastest way to complete them. Note, there is no harsh penalty for not paying the rent and employee salaries except for the fact that it incurs interest, which is minimal, but also adds to the total amount of debt, which is helpful in this case.

This achievement chain is best completed after one has gotten the debt achievement chain done with, and is one that is much quicker to complete when using the method described below.



Above shows the bill pay menu, and in this menu there are two options to pay bills: there is the Pay All option, and the ability to pay each individually. Now, when using the Pay All option, it only counts as if one bill was paid, and thus only counts as one bill paid towards the achievement. However, if one pays the bills individually, then it counts as two bills paid towards the achievement. Thus, it is much quicker to just pay the bills individually and therefore speed up this achievement completion, and is one I would advise doing after the Debt achievements are completed.
