Camera System Overhaul – Locked Horizon Implementation

The cockpit, hood, and bumper camera perspectives have been updated to feature a locked horizon system, emulating the stabilised camera seen in racing simulators.

This significantly reduces camera oscillation over uneven terrain and during heavy suspension travel, enhancing visual clarity under dynamic conditions.

Chase1: Alternative hood cam
Chase2: 12.5° pitch
Chase3: 15° pitch

Due to the locked horizon transformations and vehicle deformation under damage, certain compromises were necessary. Camera offsets have been optimised to minimise clipping, though some vehicles are more cooperative than others.

Known Limitation: Under heavy damage states, component intrusion into the camera space may occur on select vehicles.

Note: I may be changing the default hood cam into a dash view. **A few dash cams are in but are in a WIP state** WF2 got my attention atm :p
