Her summoned minions Q ability spawns imps.
They attack enemies but you can kill them as well.
When you kill them they count as normal enemies.
They count towards combo and drop loot, but most important part is that you can use them to unlock weapon runes in your hub area.
Just spawn them and do the requered challenge.
This way if you spend some time, you can unlock all weapon runes in fist hub area ( in realmshift mode) and never bother during actual mission.
