[PM] Donbass Militia

The add-on includes a model of soldiers stylized as the Donbass militia of 2014. I have seen few good add-ons on this topic, so I decided to add my own models.
The add-on does not have the goal of insulting or humiliating anyone, it was created solely to recreate the historical image.
I also did not make identification marks for the models, which allows them to be used for other purposes.

Models have:
-3 camouflage (EMR Flora, Spectr, "Gorka")
-Hood model and mask
-Headgear models (Cap, Headphones, Helmets SSH40 and 6B7)
-3 gears options
