Part 1
Here is the first spot you need to visit for the Start Quest. The animal shelter opens at 9 AM—once it’s open, head inside.


Part 2
Inside, you’ll meet Nessy, the girl with purple hair, who gives you the quest to find Jacky the cat in the city.

Spot 1
Once you leave the animal shelter and head down the street, enter the alley on the left. You'll find Jacky hiding under a cart there. When you try to catch her, she runs off to the next hiding spot.


Spot 2
The next spot is the alley between the city tavern and a nearby house with a trapdoor in the back. Jacky is hiding inside the first barrel on the right side of the alley.


Spot 3
Jacky’s last hiding spot is the tree behind the bench where a couple is sitting, in the left corner of the city. Once you find her there, hit the tree with your broom, and she will jump down so you can catch her.

After catching Jacky, return to Nessy at the animal shelter to complete the Start Quest and receive your reward.

Nessy will thank you and offer you the option to take care of a cat if you’d like. You can choose from a few different styles and even change her name now or later again.
