UH-1 Carrier conversion

Adds wheels and tow hook for my carrier for the UH-1 helicopters i have made.

if you need help adding this to a UH-1: Enter the editor (Hold O or go to the garage and enter editor) and import (top left in the "File" tab) and click on one of the vehicles this item is for, then go back into the import and add this addon. then at the top right click exit with vehicle, save to keep it in the local tab in the browser tab (Press O)
