do you know if it's possible to make this mod work with the DEI overhaul?

You should be able to recruit them straight away in Antioch and IIRC Edessa if you don't have any mod compatibility issues. Anything from Muster Field up unlocks them. :)

How do i recruit them because i dont see any buildings with them.
