Adding more diamonds to your character

special thanks to user DrShady for making this guide. using their method we shall give us immense wealth beyond imagination.
save your world and close the game. Press WIN+R and type in "regedit" then press enter. Thus you should run the Microsoft Windows Registry Editor. In the left field of the editor (with the folders)
find your way to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mindblocks\Block Story
In the field to the right, find the parameter "com.outlinegames.unibill.currencies.diamond.balance_h3974363693". Click on it twice, click on binary numbers, and edit the number to whatever you wish it to be.That will be the amount of diamonds you have.

Modifying your pets' stats (Not Working in Newest Version of Game, see comments)

Go to " C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Mindblocks\Block Story\characters " (Note:AppData is a hidden folder, to enable that select the View tab in File Explorer, and check the "Hidden items" box)
For each of your characters you should see a .chr and .bak file. Open the .chr file using notepad.
Here you can access all the stats of you and your pets. You can scroll down and look for their creature names (Drako is for the Dragon, the others are the same as their creature names - Gontar for Gontar and so on) or you can just press Ctrl+F and search for them.
You can also just search for the line " current experience " - for modifying the experience level of pets.
Type any big number you want into the "Current experience" line. Changing the "Current level" parameter won't do anything. Afterwards your pet of choice should be at full xp.
to change health of your pet choose "MaxHealth", Damage - "Attack" and so on.

After modifying the .chr file, delete the .bak file in the same folder. It serves as a backup that will override your changes unless you delete it.

at the very top of the .chr file from previous paragraph you can find your own stats.
the names of the parameters speak for themselves, Just put in any number you want

Giving yourself items (Not Working in Newest Version of Game, see comments)

Using the same .chr file you can modify the contents of your own and your pets' inventory. The stats for your own inventory are located just beneath your own stats in the file. "Quickslot" is the regular inventory bar, "Inventory_name_[slot number]" is the slot in the inventory as accessed through the E key, '"CraftTable2x2_[slot number]" is the 2x2 crafting table in your inventory (Can be used as a regular storage slot)
To modify the contents of your inventory, change the name of some slot into the english name of the item you wish to have, specify the amount in the appropriate ""QuickSlot_count_[slot number]' or "Inventory_count_[slot number]" slot.
If you wish to add a Monster spawner to your inventory, you have to write either 'Monster Spawner' or 'Antique Spawner' in the _name_ line, and a mob-specific ID in the _data_ line. Every mob has its own unique ID here, unfortunately I don't know much about them. I know for a fact that Mati is 94, but for other mobs you'll have to find out yourself.

Other cool stuff

using the registry editor you can change your camera FOV beyond the usual 90 in the "CameraFOV_h1789542595" parameter. Set it to whatever you want (but keep it under 180 or else the game will just break) and it will work. Although if you access the in-game graphics settings menu the FOV will reset back to 90.

Question is there literally any way to possibly edit the controls in this game? I recall there being a launcher that let you do that on the steam version and I had custom controls but since the recent update it's just completely gone now and I really don't like the binds for this game lol.

Yeah, looks like now the file is encoded in Base64 format, however decoding it doesn't give any useful results, so there might be some encryption present too. It should be possible to crack all that by decompiling the game and rummaging in its files, however I can just not bothered with spending days figuring out Unity code. So for now the inventory trick is not working, a new riddle to be solved I guess

Hey. Something`s wrong with those chr and bak files. Check them out on the new update pls. There are no stats, just symbols like in URL. I am going mad

i mean i get where youre coming from, my current playthrough im a bit stuck on midgame, so ill occassionally spend some diamonds here and there with smelting or buying resources, i usually limit myself to 10-25 depending on the situation, its a hit or miss type of thing with cheats in bs

as someone who used to cheat playing this game on my old samsung s5, this would lowkey make the game boring
