From the main menu, click the Play Tutorial button and complete it. It's very quick and to the point.



From the main menu, click the Single Player button and complete the main storyline. This takes roughly an hour and is pretty simple to complete. I may add a video here eventually to help people who get stuck.



The wording on this is a little strange. You need to beat the Co-op mode SOLO 3 times. Playing as a group will not count. To find the mode; go to Multiplayer, then click the Solo/Co-op option. The objective of this mode is to cleanse cursed items by holding E on them, and using the UV-Blaster to flash monsters. Doing these actions will fill up your percentage bar, and once full, will allow you to escape by returning to the truck.



Simply use the Health Spray item 66 times. You can easily farm this out in the lobby of the Solo/Co-op mode. You don't even need to be in a match! Do note that it will take a bare minimum of 33 minutes to grind this out, as the Health Spray has a 30 second cooldown.



Simply die 10 times. This is technically farmable in the Solo/Co-op mode, so I'm including it here, but it will likely be faster to do it in Deception mode while aiming for the other achievements. Alternatively, a fast method I found is to load into an Assault match and detonate 4 explosive barrels on yourself during the preparation phase.

You simply need to be put on the monster team once. You can earn this in either Deception or Versus mode.



Despite it saying Deception, you can earn this in either Deception or Versus mode. Simply be on the winning team 5 times.



You can earn this without ever starting a match by simply loading up a Deception/Versus lobby and cleansing the practice cursed items in the back near the truck. There's 4 sitting around, so you'll have to load the lobby twice. Despite this, you do need to load into a Deception lobby. I'm not sure if this option will remain available when/if servers go down, or if this game is P2P (peer-to-peer), so I will keep this in this section for the time being. I'll also briefly explain how to cleanse the items.

Ritual Dagger
You'll need a Thermal Sensor to begin cleansing this item. Once you have one, interact with the item, then press either A or D until the object shakes. Once it does, switch to the opposite key. So if you started with A, keep pressing D now. Rinse and repeat.

Dead Bird
You'll need a CAT to begin cleansing this item. Once you have one, interact with the item, then press W until the item starts glowing red. Quickly let go, let the red cracks disappear, then hold W again. Don't take too long or it will slide back down.

Rusty Scissors
You'll need an EVP to begin cleansing this item. You cleanse this the same way you would the Dead Bird.

Toy Robot
You'll need an EMF to begin cleansing this item. Once you have one, interact with the item, then you'll need to match the little metal ring with the red arrow of the compass. Keep lining it up until the bar on the right fills up completely.



While playing as the Spectromorph, you need to attack an Agent until the message "PLAYER_NAME has died!" shows up. Once you see that, get close to their character and press E to initiate a Finisher Move. You need to do this 3 times in total.



You can earn this without ever starting a match by simply loading up a Deception/Versus lobby with another player and locating the axes (killing item) in the back near the truck. Pick one up, then walk up to the other player and left click to kill them. Repeat 4 more times. There's only 4 axes in a lobby, so you'll need to remake the lobby at least once.
