Lol, fair game. Lockpick lawyer found. I'm still not sure how you got that to work because it doesn't work for me :P

I actually have no idea what the intended solution is to solve this puzzle. Each of those QR codes lists a number, 0.3, 0.7, 1, {missing} and that seems to be how long it takes for each one of those red targets to activate, which each close one of those blue doors ... oh! I think I understand now how I was supposed to solve it now that I see that the fan's conduits are lit without the red targets being activated. Derp.

Well whatever. Lock successfully bypassed. I count that as a win.
