A fan mod to use for fun

Currently has only one new agent, the notorious astronaut lumlum

If you have more ideas to add to this mod, you are more then welcome to let me know.
but in most cases i will need the full unedited art, so youtube thumbnails will not do

Changes the mod does
* Add 2 new agent portraits
* Change in HF leader portrait
* Change in Protectorate leader portrait

This mod's thumbnail reminds me of a mod request I made on TI discord months ago requesting a mod where there are various supernatural creatures that could either run the councils or be recruited into them, like werewolves, vampires and the like.
