По аналогии с попугаем и лампочками, только теперь кряхтение мужчины нужно воспроизвести самому тыкая в разные части мужчины (рука, плечо и тд).
По информации из комментариев комбинация "рука - голова - плечо - голова - плечо - рука - плечо - голова".
