UI sounds nicer when window is open (and you click beside it)!
I sais: "close this"

Well, just if you wonder what this voice is saying.
The only reason why I am doing this is that the original sound was so loud and annyoing i HAD to change that.
Next in my list is to change the weapon and warp sounds to the sounds from Stardrive :-)
