Basics
Best scaling is faith, take faith weapons maily seals, as the default claws are decently good weapons when upgraded or with an affinity Relic.

Use seals, with incantations that have low FP requierment, or if you have the FP use powerful spells:
Example: Elden stars vs Final boss if you have a lot of Starlight Shards

Collect Starlight Shards. They can be found in Mage towers/sorcerer rises.

Also purchased from merchants.

Save these shards for when you need them, primarily the night lord fight, or if you can't beat an end of day boss without them, otherwise you can run to a site of grace and recover your FP.

If you have relics, then reference relic section of guide.
Abilities and Summons
Your ultimate powers up your summons and makes them do special attacks. It also Revives fallen allies and gives you, nearby teammates and summons immortality for around 10-15 seconds.

ULT effect on summons:

Helen- Does quick thrusting attacks

Frederic- Starts spinning around in AOE attacks a few times

Sebastian- Big black laser of damage, can possibly flinch bosses

All summons can target team mates and ressurect them, its up to luck if they do this or not, as even when targeting teammates they sometimes target bosses.

I usually put down Sebatian because of his roar attack and large AOE that can hit allies.

IF you have relics that boost power when fighting with family

Then note when your family is summoned they give you buffs:

Helen-Small amount of health regen

Frederic- about 10% damage boost

Sebastian- Damage negation

Swap your summons before they die, or else they have a cooldown.
Best Incantations and seal locations
Discus of light, 3 FP cost, very cheap and spammable, don't even need Starlight shards to use this, this is usually my go to, when fighting bosses in Limveld.

More rare is flame of frenzy, it's good against big bosses, also has small fp consumption.

Feel free to use any incantation, even dragon communion ones. If you are capable of FP managment, be it with abilities, weapon effects or relics, you can use anything.
Try getting something the boss is weak to tho.

Best places to find these are churches

Churches have a basement sometimes. In there opposite of the boss room is a small box with seals

Sometimes a small unmarked shack spawns, mainly on the left side of the map. This has a box with seals.
Relics
If you have relics that recover FP on hit

Example:
FP restoration on fist attacks (Her starting claws are a fist weapon)
FP restoration on consecutive attacks

Then you can play a caster/melee build. When you run out of FP, go wack the boss until you have it back.

Sadly sucess does depend a lot on the incantations you get and If you want consistency, then the melee/caster hybrid playstyle is how you achive it.
IF you want to do a lot of damage then incantations is the way to go.

Another way to recover FP is with a Night of the Demon relic.

And If you want to remove RNG of getting a seal with a cheap incantation, you can get a relic with a wraith calling bell (can also be found in random unmarked graveyards).

It's not the strongest, but runs are still fairly possible with it.

Conclusion
Keep claws, very fast for revives and do good fast damage with good range.
The summons are pretty weak, so dont let them die.
Recluse has better casting and FP managment.

She needs a lot of luck to get powerful incantations or a build that focuses on FP restoration threw melee, wich paired with her small vigor stat is not a good combination, just collect starlight shards, you realistically shouldn't need to use more FP than they can restore.

Use summons to revive and ult to revive everyone (or give them invincibility to not die).
If you're solo, let your summons pull aggro, then spam powerful incants or bell.

I can usually get through all my games with enough FP everything using Starlight shards and MAX FP pickup upgrades from evergoals or bosses.
Either way, you can beat anything really. Just let your summons tank and pull aggro, then spam a calling bell or good incantation. If you play her like that, there it very minimal risk and she becomes fairly easy.

Mainly I play her because I think her character design is cute and I like cute things. ^.^

Good luck on your adventures, and this guide is based off my own experience, so if I've said anything wrong feel free to share your views in the comments.

Most likely not.

The effects on relics specific to characters and regular relics shouldn't have differences in numbers.

''[Revenant] Power up while figthing alongside family''

is an effect that a relic can have, the number may be different if the text were different.

''[Revenant] Power up while figthing alongside family+1'' or ''[Revenant] Greatly power up while figthing alongside family''
Would give a bigger increase, but no such effect exists to my knowlage.

An example on where the numbers would be bigger would be:

''Stamina recovers with each sucessful attack'' (This variant can be found on random relics)
vs
''Stamina recovers with each sucessful attack+1'' (This variant can only be found on the Night of the Beast relic, as far as I know)

Or

''Skill cooldown reduction+2''
Vs
''Skill cooldown reduction+3''

if i get the blue rock thing that gives the boost for family would it have a different effect number-wise?
