there's a good chance that there is a better way to do this quest, but thats how i did it

for my golfing fishing trips i'll be using this beauty with 5 ruby upgrades (15 rubies total)

remember that fishing is all about that patience and those 5 rubies considered, your bobber is gonna act rather quirky like a bouncy ball most of the times, so stay focused and good luck!!
