The Stranglinge can be found at various locations throughout the game, each marked with a different color that indicates how they are accessed:

These Stranglinge are visible and accessible directly on the map without any additional requirements.

These can only be found inside the corresponding cave. You’ll need to enter the cave at the marked location to discover them.

These Stranglinge only appear at their location after completing the associated side quests. Make sure to finish the questline to unlock them.

These will only appear after you have completed the shrine in that area. Complete the shrine challenge first, then check the location again.
