The actual motor output of the Keikyu 2100 series is 248kW, which is 130% overload of the 190kW listed in the catalog specifications. So the total is 3967kW.
The starting acceleration seems to be 0.97m/s² instead of 0.92m/s².
The acceleration time from 0km/h to 120km/h is apparently 56 seconds.
It's a Japanese video so you may not be able to read it, but I'll write down where I got the information. I'm pretty sure it's accurate because I'm checking the performance by observing the movement of the ammeter against the speed.
