Handcuffs Remake

It's a handcuffs addon... remade!

I said onto thee, you shall not pass with the magics of thee.

Yes I remade the addon for better performance and code structure.

You can find all settings in "options/handcuffs (remake)/settings"
(if you enable debug mode you will see errors, you can usually ignore these)

• Left Click - handcuff player
  
• Right Click - handcuff yourself
  
• Middle Mouse Button - force player in/out of vehicle (glide and simfphys should work aswell)
  
• R (reload) - Confiscation menu
  
• E - grab/release player (while holding a player - attach to surface)

• Left Click - uncuff player
  
• Right Click (while handcuffed) - uncuff yourself
