You can buy food and sleep there, and you only need to leave to take a shower or use the bathroom.
You can stay inside the casino indefinitely.

• Interact with a slot machine using E.
  
• Place a 10P bet and as the spin starts, close the UI with TAB.
  
• Immediately reopen it using E.
  
• Before the spin ends, spam +1.000P to raise your “Total Bet” to 5.000P.
  
• If you win, you’ll get the reward based on a 5,000P bet — but only 10P was deducted.
