Extra Sniper Skills

Gives Sniper 4 "new" skills that didn't make the cut in the main mod:

Line 'em Up: Low ACC, high damage all-ranks cleave attack.

Blink: Self-heal and self stress-heal.

Mag Dump: High ACC, high damage single-target (1, 2 or 3) attack.

Second Sight: Self buff Headshot and Line 'em Up DMG and ACC, and Blink healing and stress-healing. Take Sight, Do the Bolt, and Second Sight itself do not remove Second Sight buffs. All other skills do.
