Black Mesa: Blue Shift - Juniez's Classic Python

Descriere
The *other* standard-issue sidearm of the Table Blank Forces of Secure's Paul Blart units since their formation in 19th of November, 1999.

Juniez's HL1 LD Colt Python recreation now ported to Black Mesa: Blue Shift to replace the vanilla Colt Anaconda model labelled as a Python (don't ask.) for maximum Half-Life 1 with some modifications to the mesh itself to fit with the current animations (oh the cylinder crane).

Features
* The Classic Colt Python in it's overly shiny high poly version.
* get out reskinned hl2 revolver.
* a proper cylinder crane
* new crappy spent cartridge model made by yours truly and a new speedloader model straight from the juniez model.
* Weapon Icon courtesy of Old Hermit, stylized to suit BMBS' weapon icon style (even if I'm not a massive fan of it)
* BONUS: Ammo UI to make the revolver ammo look more distinct in the HUD, also by Old Hermit.

Installation
1. Subscribe the addon
2. Open your Steam directory and go to "steamapps\workshop\content\362890\3485166482"
3. Take the vpk file and shove it to the custom folder in the bshift folder, if no custom folder - make one. Go to here if you're having trouble
4. If it doesn't work, repeat steps 1 to 3, idk its your system do whatever you want with it.
5. watch out for otis blart he's coming for your donuts RUN

Depends on the mood, that said I cannot maintain more than one god knows how many arm models available for it and will most likely remain multiplayer unsupported.

Tested this 357 addon and works properly as it should be. Highly Recommended, its really good quality resembles the 1999 Half-life Blue Shift weapon. IMGUR LINK PROOF (5/21/2025) : https://imgur.com/a/xKTtaH6

For my suggestions/Wishlist for further work additions and if interested : Black Mesa: Blue Shift Arms - Juniez Classic Crowbar, MP5, Spas-12, Crossbow, RPG, Grenade and Satchel.

MP5 and Shotgun are unlikely to be ported with BM:BS animations without noticeably screwing over their look nor proportions through model editing.

I know this because I tried doing the MP5 and I wasn't satisfied with the edit result, same with shotty - it was too different proportions-wise. So yeah, sorry.

I'm pretty sure someone more skilled than me would be up to the task, if that's any silver lining.
