I also have a ton of mods installed as well, though
Been taking a break and couldn't actually replicate the bug but I changed the implementation such that it should no longer be possible without properly dealing damage with the skill.
Turret characters like Emilie and Fischl are inherently hard to make on top of that since they've got a fire and forget playstyle in Genshin, so they're quite hard to think of 5 or more skills let alone the 9 they need (since a rare can really just be an enhanced passive sort of buff, you can just add their burst and some enhancer for their main gimmick and call it a day lol). On top of that, I'm no animator or artist and can only really use the ingame particle effects so some Genshin characters are just completely out of the question if you want them to have skill animations that fit.
This is why I've added some bells and whistles to Hu Tao and Nahida's kits to help them conform a little more to Chrono Ark while keeping them at least somewhat faithful to how they play in Genshin.
