There are two Modules

Stasis Module
Unlocked at chapter 1 this is a required item to progress meaning you cant miss it it will be glowing purple

Plasma Cutter
Found inside the Workshop before you head to the Tram Control Room in Chapter 1.
Pulse Rifle
Dropped by a dying security officer once you reach the Tram Station in the Medical Deck.
Flamethrower
Found in the hallway leading to the Engine Room after you get past the Zero-G Fuel Storage area.
Ripper
Found on the floor of the Machine Shop after entering and going down the ramp.
Contact Beam
Found inside the Records Office while passing through the zero-g hallway that leads to Mining Administration.
Line Gun
Found inside the Emergency Equipment Storage at the Medical Deck.
Force Gun
Found inside the West Seedling Room A by unlocking it with a Level 2 Clearance.
Hand Cannon
Finish the game in Impossible Mode. Weapon is awarded in NG+.

Found inside the Ishimura Clinic in Chapter 2, on top of the seats on the left side of the room
Heat Accumulator
Found inside the Store of the Control Room in Chapter 3 after loading the Diagnostic Report and talking to Hammond.

Found on top of a bench inside the Maintenance Locker Room in Chapter 8, right before the elevator that leads you to Comms Maintenance.

Found inside the Store of the Control Room in Chapter 3 after loading the Diagnostic Report and talking to Hammond.
P.C.S.I Custom Magazine
Found inside the fuse-locked Electric Systems Storage room in Chapter 4. Requires moving around some boxes with Kinesis to clear get a clear sight of the fuse box.
High-Yield Grenades
Found inside the Water Purification Storage room in Floor 5 of the Bridge. Requires Master Override Security Clearance.

Gellified Hydrazine
Can be purchased at the Store after acquiring the Flamethrower in Chapter 3.
Macroliter Fuel Tank
Found on the floor of the Utility Room beneath the Equipment Maintenance Bay in Chapter 7. Requires turning on zero-gravity at the Circuit Breaker and Level 3 Security Clearance to access.
High-Pressure Nozzle
Found in the locked Deluxe Shift Bunks in the Crew Quarters in Chapter 10. Requires enabling the Doors at the Circuit Breaker beside the Deluxe Bathrooms and Master Override Security Clearance.

Found inside the Bioprosthetics Locker Room past the Main Lab Changing Room in Medical. Requires Security Clearance Level 3.
