(It will miss the lights when brought into Vanilla, should work fine otherwise)

This is an absolute minimal starter HV. Intended for situation where all you care for is getting mobile as cheaply as possible (*Cough* Oscutune *Cough*).
It does come with some space where you can slap on additional stuff as you get more materials.

A good alternative till you can build a strider or the ente work platform (both are fine in RE2, even with a fridge for hunting space dinos)

Indeed HV are more flexible on surfaces like Oscutune or with many mountains as long as they do not have steep sides. On those two type planets hover bikes should be avoided. Thank you for sharing this build.:steamthumbsup:
