yeah these people are right
change the DI wheel to influence knockback direction. at high enough DI you have basically complete control of your DI

di is directional input (basically you get to influnce your knockback from other peoples moves)
so if i put the di wheel to the left, the next hit you recieve will do more leftwards knockback to your charachter

using DI allows you to change the way how you get knocked back, so for example: if someone hits me with 3 combo up as cowboy and I drag DI pointer down.

my knockback will be more FOCUSED on going down. (or something like that idk)

@SHOE if you don't DI, combos will last much much longer, and some can even be infinite

i swear there's something i dont understand about the di wheel, why is it so important
