Tanksy's Point Defense

This mod tweaks Point Defenses, turning them into turrets that have a much wider field of fire that can shoot over friendlies. It also armors them up to match a 1x1 armor part, including EMP resistance (However, they are still flammable).
As a result, they are slightly more expensive - costing 16 steel and 10 coils.

- Lifts the turret, giving it clearance.
- Gives it a 250 degree field of fire.
- Can still be shot over by friendly turrets.
- Armored up, EMP Resistant.
- Slightly more expensive.

At some point I may make them fire weak beams, as a lot of shots from a PD still miss their target - but I don't want to make too many huge changes at once. This change on its own should improve a ship's defences by being able to hammer more projectiles towards a missile, as more PD will be able to focus on it.
