step 1 enter nvidia control panel

step 2 add game profile to nvidia control panel

step 3 enable NVIDIA IMAGE SCALING

step 4 lower resolution ingame and disable fsr

step 5 enjoy better fps

step 1 enter nvidia control panel

first step is to enter nvidia control panel by right clicking empty space on your desktop

step 2 add game profile to nvidia control panel

step 3 enable NVIDIA IMAGE SCALING

after enabling it click apply in the lower right corner!

step 4 lower resolution ingame and disable fsr

so now all you have to do is disable fsr ingame and lower the resolution (do not worry NVIDIA IMAGE SCALING will upscale it to native while giving you fps) - in my case i set it to 720p but any will do as long as it's lower than native

step 5 enjoy better fps

Thank you. There is also a program on Steam called Lossless Scaling, but that's prolly for folks who know a lot about adjusting graphics settings.
