What is this?
This is a small compat patch to add SPE scripts and compatible weapons to the Jagdpanzer IV/70 (V)

Features
- Jagdpanzer IV/70 (V) given SPE Panther gun
- Jagdpanzer IV created with SPE Stug III G gun
- SPE MG42 machinegun put into coax
- SPE Vehicle compass UI applied using Stug III G shape
- SPE Panzer 4 engine sounds applied
- Commander given SPE Panther periscope and 2 non zoomed vision optic
- Gunner given 1 2.5x non zoomed vision optic
- Driver given generic SPE vision block
- Overall survivability increased

Maybe in a future update I'll go around and make them appear in the SPE factions. Just in a bit of development break after redoing the 2 armored cars and Jagdpanzer IV/70.

Would you also add this to the Spearhead Factions so it shows up under their assigned units? It would be pretty cool to it unit or group integrated. Same for your other compats such as the armor cars.
