1. Anytime you get a kill, or meet someone you killed, call them trash or be mean to them. Be careful because you don't know their limit.
2. Close doors on teamates, and snitch on them to the enemy team. This makes them really mad that you, a snitch, a malicious door closer, are on their team.
3. Steal their stuff in SCP - 914, this makes them really angry when you steal their stuff in SCP - 914, especially if its a 05 card or something like that.
4. If they ask for heals, use it infront of their faces. This makes them called you greedy, or selfish or various other terms.
5. If you have friendly fire, target the person you want and kill them repeatedly. This makes them pissed off.
6. Kill them on sight if they are ever cuffed and you aren't on their team. Or don't uncuff them if you are on their team. this leaves them to do nothing but BEG for freedom.
7. Steal their ammo. This is simple but effective because this leaves them without any DPS to deal.
8. Again, steal their stuff, for example your target opened something to SCP - 207 "Cola" and you immediately steal it.
9. Close elevator on them and don't let them through checkpoints (etc. Gate A, Gate B, Light containment, Heavy containment.) This leaves them to make them beg to get out so they can escape or get to surface or escape nuke.
10. The final step. Make sure to repeatedly trash talk them. POLITELY. this will push them over the limit and called you a racial slur and be banned.
