Managed to get to 1169 but can't seem to get any higher, so maybe I'm missing something. What is the traffic flow and concrete for both of your layouts?
I got 1184 for this level. Will share the screen shot soon. 1200 will be very challenging if possible as I think my drawing was very good. Although there might be another drawing order, which save some concrete and makes the road merging more smooth.
Nice looking layout. I only managed 679 on the previous challenge, though I understand it better now and I think I could go for 700 at some point. I'll see what I can do with this one.

Yes, if red cars heading to the upper toll from the east and south didn’t slow down at the connection, the flow would be faster, and more toll points would be scored.
From a layout perspective, though, I don’t think there’s anything left to adjust with your tweak applied.
