Increases the health of creatures to match their DST counterparts or (if the creature is not in DST) to match consistency.

SW only enemies:
Dragoon (100% more health)
Water beefalo (100% more health)
Floaty boaty knight (100% more health)

SW only bosses:
Palm treeguard (100% more health)
Tigershark (100% more health)
Sealnado (100% more health)
Quacken (400% more health)
Blue whale (100% more health)
White whale (150% more health)

HAM only enemies:
Snaptooth ALL LEVELS (50% more health)
Hippopotamoose (100% more health)
