Quite often there is a problem on laptops with discrete Nvidia cards, they do not see the game and therefore the video card is not used, and you have low fps. Recently I myself encountered such a problem and quickly solved it.

This problem is often noticeable on Laptops. Go to NVIDIA Control Panel and add there the exe file deadrising2otr.exe, that is, the game itself, this exe is located along this path Steam\steamapps\common\Dead Rising 2 Off the Record. And select your video card, Dedicated Graphics Card/INVIDIA and not built into the processor.
For some reason, on many laptops with Nvidia video cards, the video card does not see the game, so you need to add it yourself in NVIDIA Control Panel.
