Since the dev removed from the game the scene you can still get the achievement with this method.

First go to
(Whatever drive)steamapps\common\The Cabin - Summer Vacation/TheCabin.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/renpy/common/

You are look for a file titled: 00console.rpy

Click On it then ctrl + F

# If true, the console is enabled despite config.developer being False.
config.console = False

Change the False to True should look like:

Save the file
Open up your game
Shift + O
Type the following:
