Crosshair Customization Expanded with DoT

Just like the title says!! Expands on Prop Joe's already existing mod and allovvs the player to customize the crosshair for damage over time hitmarkers too!

Also gives you the option to change the threshold of the minimum damage required to shovv a hitmarker, but as a decimal number!

(This isn’t a threshold for dot damage only, it’s for all damage. To use it, first you have to change the setting on Prop Joe's mod to "0", then you can use the setting on this mod.)
