This is also my first time making a guide, so it may be sloppy. SPOILERS AHEAD: If you want to use the ice dragon, there is one vital part to this build. That part is when you have a TORNADO tile(LEVEL 2 WIND), and NOT LEVEL 1 WIND, and then play a card that places ice on one of those tiles, you get more ice across the board. The ice tile placements are random afterward though so you are going to have to improvise.
