Overview
The achievements in Door Kickers 2 can be seperated into 6 categories:

Kill Achievements
-killing with specific weapons

Objective Achievements
- completing mission requirements such as defusing bombs

Mission Achievements
-Getting Stars and completing mission packs

Campaign Achievements
-Completing Campaigns and getting battle honors

Multiplayer / Workshop Achievements
-Uploading to the workshop or co-op

Torture Achievements
-hidden achievements with ridiculous requirements

the only reason this isn't a 100 hour grind is the mission editor not cancelling achievements. thank the merciful gods at Killhouse games for that

To help with these achievements i recommend subscribing the the xp farm map in the workshop, and also the cs office map which is required for an achievement.

Kill Achievements
These achievements have to do will killing enemies, expect for two.

a majority of these can be completed in the XP farm map\

-these happen randomly, but increase in likelihood with higher level operatives, another reason the xp farm is goated

-extremely simple and can be acquired along side any of the rest in this section

-will happen naturally alongside most other achievements

-by toggling the go silent mode in the right click menu, you can finish this easily

-any weapon with a silencer, you can tell which ones have the option by the silencer icon when selecting the weapon

-enter any mission with civilians and toss a grenade at one, my favorite activity

-there are several ways of doing this, mainly as the name suggests, toggling supressive fire mode on a support class

-the snipers are available in the marksman category, extremely easy

-enemies are stunned if they survive an explosive or are hit with a flashbang, if using the XP farm map, just throw a bunch of flashbangs at the start of the match

-shotguns are available to most troops in the ranger squad

-tell your operatives to swap to pistol at the start of the mission, alternatively use the undercover CIA operatives as they can have their main weapon unequipped

-grenaider category rangers have underbarrel grenade launchers, as well as black ops cia operatives

-almost every operative has access to a rocket launcher, easily completable with the xp farm map

-I've seen confusion regarding this one, the only way i've found to work is to place a breaching charge directly on a tied up hostage, which is not something I knew I could do at first

-nowheraki swat operatives are the only ones with molotovs

-although not technically killing, a lot of death will happen getting this one
-nowheraki assault troops have these shields, the best way i found was to have one toss a flashbang on the xp farm map to aggro all the enemies, then set up a phalanx halfway accross the barrier.
-this will take a lot of tries, especially since the low level grunts like fire in groups, hitting hard enough to knock the shields down.
-there is a doctrine that improves shield use, highly recommended

The rest of the kill achievements are not possible on the XP farm map, and I found the editor to be the best way

-set up a fence between your operative and as many s-vest enemies as you can, make sure you can throw grenades over the fence. the chain reaction will count all the kills towards the achievement

-make sure to toggle night time when creating the map, have a number of enemies confined in gates in a half circle around an s-vest enemy, make sure your operative will shoot the s-vest
-it wont happen every time, but the s-vest will explode when shot, killing every enemy before you are detected

-create a small room, cram it with enemies, and have your operative place a charge, killing everyone inside

Objective Achievements
these are achievements related to completing objectives, such as arresting HVT, defusing bombs, and so on
there aren't many, but they are all in the lower completion rates because of the grind

-just walking, sprinting doesn't count
-if you're worried about getting this, don't. it gets so much worse

-just sprinting, walking doesn't count

-choose one of the three squads and run the xp farm until your doctrine level hits 16. this is based on the levels of the operatives and should be extremely easy
-for missions later in the guide, it is recommended to get all of your ranger operatives to max level anyway

-I've seen a lot of confusion on this achievement. the requirement is to have one ranger, one nowheraki swat, and one cia squad at doctrine level 16.

-most definitely will happen when doing other achievements, but if you don't feel like it, make a map with a bunch a doors

-can happen naturally, but I preferred to instead make a map with jumpable ledges and place operatives along them, making them jump back and forth
-if you can't figure out how to add more operative spaces to an editor map, the best way is to select the entire one that shows up when first creating a new map, copy and paste it wherever you want the new ones. confused me when i first started.

-add a map with a bunch of HVTs and operatives and arrest them, make sure to have a box in the corner somewhere with a regular enemy or the map will auto-complete as soon as you start

-add a bunch of bombs to a map and defuse 'em, same enemy set-up as the previous acheivement. the bombs are found under the gameplay tab

-I don't know why it is 500, but you just do the same as the previous two, albeit for a bit longer

Mission Achievements
eveything to do with missions, the biggest part of the game.
despite my several tricks this is a guaranteed grind, but still extremely fun

-these are the main achievements of the mission category, and are some of the biggest grinds in the game
-to be specific, this only requires every map outside of workshop and self made editor maps, and does not require any campaign missions for completion
-the next several achievements will all be acquired in the path to these three, so will not get their own descriptions. if you want me to go into detail on any of them or tips for the missions included, leave a comment

-
Mission Medals
-most mission have three medals with optional challenges, I had fun with most of them, except for the undetected medals that caused me trouble
-the easiest solution is to create maps with the required medals selected in the new map menu, you can only choose 3 at a time, and you have to make 10 separate maps with the medals for the ten of versions.

-
The rest are achievements that are possible to get, but not guaranteed in the star grind.

-all you have to do is fail a mission, and then get three stars after. I don't think it is considered missable because workshop maps also work for this achievement

-this happened naturally for me, if you're struggling to have it work, make sure you have the highest level plate armor equipped

-almost every self made mission i've described should give you this one

-it doesn't matter if you've already completed the mission, just throw a grenade at your feet as soon as the mission starts 20 times in a row
Campaign Achievements
these next few are all related to the campaign mode, which can be fun but also hosts several seemingly difficult achievements, without these tricks that is.

the greatest piece of help that instantly trivializes all the challenges is that you don't need to pass every mission in the campaign, failing is equally as valid

-choose one of the two tour of duty campaigns and finish day 7.
-you don't need to enable iron man mode for this one
-if you're struggling, you can send in a single operative for a mission and it won't disable the achievement if they fail

-battle honors are acquired upon retiring from a campaign
-although 30 is a lot, doing iron man mode doubles the amount you gain

-you don't need to pass every mission, failing one would not disable the achievement

-the easiest way is the same as most in this category, send in one trooper to continue to the next day with minimal risk

-you don't need to pass every mission, failing one would not disable the achievement

-you don't need to pass every mission, failing one would not disable the achievement

-you don't need to pass every mission, failing one would not disable the achievement

-same instructions as the ranger version

-this is the most difficult of the three, almost entirely based on luck
-I can't tell if the likelihood of lower troop missions is increased, but it is still possible to get more than four troop ones.
-it's important to remember that since it's not iron man mode, you can restart mid mission if you mess up

-this one seems much tougher than it actually is, although entirely possible if you're careful, you can do it easily
-use the Nowheraki swat squad and send in one militia troop per mission, have him throw a grenade at his feet, and continue until day 28, which i'm not sure if you have to pass or not

-send in the max number of troops, group them on to one spot, and toss a grenade down.
-repeat until you run out of troops.
-make sure to make a new squad for this, since a large number of them will die
Multiplayer/Workshop Achievements
This is by far the easiest section, with the co-op one being the only one that should give trouble

-Look up cs office map in the workshop, make sure it's the one published by Killhouse games
-You don't need three stars, just complete the mission.

-I've noticed it takes a while to load in to a co-op map, and quite a lot of people are stupid.
-I got unlucky since my co-op partner left mid mission, cancelling the achievement

-take any of the maps you made in the editor, and press the publish to workshop button in the editor
Torture Achievements
Every single achievement in this category is more torturous than the last, taking several hours with minimal tricks to simplify

-this requires every NON HIDDEN achievement to unlock (including the 100 RMG missions, and 100000 bullets after this)
-some people have said they got this random, I got mine right on time though, guess im unlucky

-This achievement gave me the most trouble in the game, I spent a majority of my time over three days running missions
-The best way to make it go by is to only select apartment size with lowest difficulty and clear enemies
-put on a tv show and lock in
(EDIT) to clarify, they have to be 1000 different RMG missions, it seems running the same mission over and over does not count

-Although not techinically a hidden acheivement, it deserves to be
-best way I found was to use shotguns during the RMG missions, since it fires more bullets than anything else
-if you still haven't finished it after than, send in support troops with suppressive fire until you're done

-the two achievements that have ruined a song for me, I found a way to make it go buy fastest, but its gonna take north of 10 hours of just walking, NOT SPRINTING
-make a map that is at least 24 meters high, I made mine 400 meters long. put a small building on the far end with a single enemy and have a full squad of 24 Nowheraki swat with as much mobility as possible (9 for leader, assault, and sappers, 10 for militia) and make them walk across the map.
-The militia should get to the end first and kill the enemy, where you restart and do it again.
-with my map size, it took 3 minutes for the militia to get to the far end.

Final Assessment
I managed 100% in 71 hours, although I don't know how long it would really take, as I spent a portion of that in early access

Found two mods that greatly helps with the worst grinding achievements if you don't mind "cheating" a bit:

"Ranger and NWS Militia cooperated" allows you to have a squad of Rangers + Militia, giving you I think 6 more units than the vanilla Noweraski SWAT for the walking achievements

And the biggest game changer for me "Quick Reaction_Max HP,FOV" which turn your units into invincible one tap machines, so for the 1000 RMG you can just drag your unit across the rooms and wait 30s max for them to steamroll trough the enemies
It allows me to complete about 50 RMG in 30 mins, a major time savoir for the worst achievement imo

@smolAxolotl I did a new mission for all 1000, I don't think it counts if you do the same mission again. sorry

I'm trying to complete the 1000 RMG missions achievement. I've finished the 100 RMG one, opened another brand new squad to record myself, and ran 900 retires of a good RMG map I found and still haven't received the achievement on steam. What am I doing wrong?
